Ingredients

  • Yeast.
  • Vanilla essence.
  • 1 cup of grated coconut (100 g).
  • 2 medium eggs (120 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (10 g).
  • 2 cups of ground oats (200 g).
  • 1 cup of wheat flour (100 g).
  • 1 cup of ground seeds: flax, chia, sesame, anise (100 g).
  • 10 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil (100 g).

Elaboration

  • First, we will preheat the oven to 250 ºC.
  • In a bowl we will mix the oats, the flour, the grated coconut and the ground seeds.
  • We will add the sugar and mix again.
  • We will make the shape of a mountain with a hole in the center, in which we will add the two eggs.
  • With very clean hands, we will mix all the ingredients well until we obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • We will add the vanilla essence and the oil and we will mix again.
  • Lastly, we will include the yeast.
  • We will make balls with the dough and we will put them flat, or with the shape we want, on a baking tray.
  • We will bake them at 200 ºC for half an hour.
  • Once out of the oven we can add fine sugar or cinnamon powder to taste.
  • When they are cold they will be ready to eat.
