Sugary soft drinks should be substituted for water

The correct eating habits must be taught from a very young age. Therefore, they must be clear that carbonated or sugary soft drinks are not healthy and that they should only be taken in a timely manner  and should never be a substitute for water. When they are thirsty they should pour themselves a glass of water, never a soda.

It is recommended that they drink water with fruit juice

It will always be appropriate for children to drink water with the juice of some fruit. The reason? Water alone is not very conspicuous. So it is enough to include a little lemon juice for example so that they like it more and provide them with more nutrients.

Drinking water should be presented as a fun act

Try to make the act of drinking water always fun. Serve them the water in colored glasses, put the typical straws on them and, above all, prepare these healthy soft drinks so that they get used to a proper diet as soon as possible.

The effort is worth it!
